Meet Our Groomers:
Beginning her grooming career in 2003, Jennifer was trained and certified at Diamond Cut Dog Grooming School. She has also received her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, majoring in Animal Sciences and graduating magna cum laude. In 2008, Jennifer proudly acquired ownership of Delaware Pet Grooming and has striven for the best from herself and fellow groomers. Jennifer is passionate about grooming and she believes that the safety and well-being of every pet is of greatest importance.
Surrounded by her family's commitment to the grooming industry, Jennifer grew up to be a 4th generation groomer. She has been professionally grooming for 20 years and is very familiar with the Delaware community. She has a great connection with her clients and genuinely cares for their pets. Jennifer especially enjoys grooming Schnauzers, Pekingese, and a variety of large breed dogs.
Experiencing grooming from various parts of the country, Lisa has been involved in the industry for over 35 years. One of her most memorable experiences was in Alaska where she worked alongside a professional poodle show groomer. Because of her calm quiet nature, Lisa's grooming skills are well-suited for cats and geriatric dogs. She has a lot of patience and ensures that every pet is as comfortable as possible for their grooming.
Practically born with grooming tools in her hands, Lizzy's desire to groom started at age five when she began teaching herself basic trade skills which continued into adolescence. While attending a career center in high school, Lizzy entered her first poodle grooming competition where she placed first locally and fourth nationally. To perfect her skills even more, Lizzy attended a grooming academy in 2007 and has been a professional in the industry ever since. She is very detailed and focused on each individual pet and always treats them with the utmost respect. Even though Lizzy loves them all big and small, one of her favorite breeds to groom is yorkies.
